One thing I have learned is that no correlation between good customer service exists between the prestige of the brand, the reputation of the business, the type of product or service or how much money you good customer service exists between the prestige of the brand, the reputation of the business, the type of product or service or how much money you spend. I've been the recipient of better customer service when buying a ten-dollar oil filter than when I spent forty thousand dollars on a boat. The employees of the business are the ones that manufacture the quality of customer service one experiences. I recently ordered a SUV from Mercedes-Benz at Gilbert; Arizona and I cannot remember being treated better since COVID-19 came into existence. Fortune put a salesperson named Gale Sedlack into my life when shopping for a new SUV. With the delicacy of a seismograph, Gale tuned into my heartbeat and feelings and knew how to make me feel like I was in safe hands, feel important and let me make my own mind up while providing me with expert explanations and answers to all my questions. normally dread buying a new car for several reasons: (1) the salesperson is pressuring you with hardline sales tactics or trying to sale you something you do not want; (2) management is burying dealer add-o the salesperson is pressuring you with hardline sales tactics or trying to sale you something you do not want; (2) management is burying dealer add-ons in the buyers order and hoping you are too exhausted to deal with it; (3) finance is trying to sell you bumper to bumper warranties you probably do not need and that cost an arm and leg. Gale Sedlack, my salesperson, defied this stereotype of the salesperson all of us know all too well and have all experienced at one time or another. She sets the standard of how all car salesperson should do, say and act. Professional and urbane, attentive to my budgetary constraints and feelings, Gale embodies the standard of excellence and world-class service that every dealership in the world should push their employees to adhere to. Moreover, Sean M., in finance must have taken lessons from Gale because he too was honest, understanding and patient with me. He did not rush me or try to sell me things I did not need nor wanted. I'm from out of state, the unprofessional salesperson I was dealing with was this person named Gale Sedlak! We picked out a New GLE 350 out of their stock and agreed and worked out the details and agreed on a sale; She sent us the paperwork and the credit application to sign and so we did, then after a couple of hours, she texts and says "there are appointments to see the car today" after she received all the paperwork including Driver's license, social security number, employment status and etc. with a signed copy of the sale agreement. She then refused to answer texts and phone calls as we followed up where things stand. We had to call the dealership to get her on the phone and she then claimed that the finance department will call to complete the sale. At this point, I knew something doesn't smell right. So, I called and asked to speak with the finance department, and someone named Dennis said that they have no paperwork from the salesperson Gale in our name, he would get in touch with her and call me back right away, he never did! So, I waited till noon the next morning and texted Gale as to why I'm not getting any communication at which point she texted back the verbatim: "Hi! Yes, there is an issue. My operation manager put the GLE in our loaner fleet a few days ago. He cannot pull it out, so I have to find another one and the same price and color combo. This wasn't caught until my manger put everything into the system." I then called and asked to speak with a manager at the dealership, and I was connected to a person named Omar, as he claimed to "figure things out" and call me back. He never did. My guess is that they sold the car to someone else who offered a $1000 more for the vehicle. They also sold their integrity along with that that. Whatever the reason may be in the experience they've created for us, they proved their dishonorable business practices as they can't even adhere to minimal customer service standards and quality. The level of unprofessionalism at this place is unparalleled to anything I've ever seen before. Doing business as a middle of the road car sale lot and dragging the name of Mercedes Benz to the mud. Stay away from this unscrupulous and unprincipled entity. Take your business where you're not treated as a second-class customer, where they value your time and money, and above all have integrity and honor in doing business. More
After visiting a highly-rated local "specialist" used car dealer and being disappointed, we came to MB of Gilbert. Paul was professional, had great product knowledge, and treated my wife (we were looking at dealer and being disappointed, we came to MB of Gilbert. The negotiations were reasonable, and it helped that their certified pre-owned car was already priced near where the market was (many high end dealers intentionally overprice to help with negotiations). Overall, the purchase process was very well handled, and the delivery process was first-rate. My wife loves her car and we would both highly recommend MB of Gilbert. Even the F&I manager was a pleasure to deal with and didn't play any tricks. Honest, classy, professional are words I would use to describe them. Will definitely buy from them again! More

This was my first time buying a car and this dealership and employees made my experience 10/10! Clark was amazing and patient as he had to deal with my dad!
