Negligent staff I have taken my E350 twice now. The first time was for knock sensors to be replaced ($2,000). When I picked up my vehicle I noticed a new door ding I have taken my E350 twice now. The first time was for knock sensors to be replaced ($2,000). When I picked up my vehicle I noticed a new door ding on the passenger side. Not what I'd expect from a service center that charges a premium price for their service. One year later the car is leaking oil and I take it to the dealership to get fixed ($3,000). It took a total of 2 weeks before my car was even ready for me to pick up. When I picked it up sure enough there was more damage to my vehicle. This time it's a huge scrape on the bumper and when I told their service manager all I have gotten are promises. Promised to send me footage of their cameras so we can determine how to move forward. I have yet to receive anything other than a thank you for contacting us. Denette Norlie is the service manager and she is extremely rude and will not give you the unwavering commitment that they like to advertise. I have forwarded e-mails to Robert Hinkle (general manager) and Stephen Rand (service director). Still have not heard from anyone. Take your Mercedes to German Drive in Keller, TX (817) 562-5841.
