I have benn so impressed with the level of customer appreciation I recommended my soon to be son-in-law to check out this dealership when they informed me they were moving to Dallas. I am even more impressed to see how excited Tommy Foster is everyday he goes to work. Having owed my company for 39 years and 90% of my staff has been there the entire, having excited employees in any company is the key. We live @ 110 miles from Grapevine and actually have a Mercedes Dealership in our town but Park Place Grapevine was highly recommended for purchase of a Mercedes. We were looking online at the Park Place Grapevine website and found the exact car we were interested in (GLK 350) We sent an email to Scott Najjar @ 9:45 p.m. and the next morning he responded to my email. We went to Grapevine that afternoon and drove the car and absolutely loved it. We went back the next day and purchased the car and drove it home. It has been one month now and we couldn't be more happy with it. It is a perfect size car for me (the wife) and I just filled up the gas tank. For future information, we got @33 per gallon. Excellent!!! Buying a car can be stressful but I have to honestly say, this experience was NOT stressful at all. It was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. We are taking the car down on Saturday for a FREE car wash. And do a little shopping!! More

I had my car in for a quote on the breaks & decided not to have the service performed to the price. I live over an hour away, being that it was 4pm when I received the quote. I asked to return the loan car the next morning when they opened. She advised me that, "if we had known you were going to do this, we wouldn't have given you a loan car. We need those for customers that have service here." I asked to speak with a manager who was very polite. He allowed me to return the Lon car the next morning. When I went to get my car, she lost my paperwork. After reprinting it, I could hear her speaking badly about me to another employee in the hallway by her office. I will never use her again. Very unprofessional. More

Sarah was a tough but fair negotiator, and made the car buying experience quick and painless. She made every effort to accommodate us, like driving out to the dealership that had another car we were interested in, making sure the kiddos had a drink and snack, and even remembered their and our names through the entire process (which took a few days), just to name a few. It's little details like that that demonstrate how much she cares. As a mom, that means the world to me. If given the opportunity to purchase another vehicle, or refer anyone in need of a vehicle, please ask for Sarah Tomaso! She is awesome. More
