Sarah was a tough but fair negotiator, and made the car buying experience quick and painless. She made every effort to accommodate us, like driving out to the dealership that had another car we were interested in, making sure the kiddos had a drink and snack, and even remembered their and our names through the entire process (which took a few days), just to name a few. It's little details like that that demonstrate how much she cares. As a mom, that means the world to me.
