My wife was with me when we arrived to see the car. Victor Noble, our sales professional, had positioned the C250 away from the fray of the front door and tucked the vehicle away where we could get a good look at the car and ask questions. He was patient as we asked questions and looked over everything. After the test drive I was hooked, but still wanted to look at another C class car, one I spotted on the website of a sister dealership. Victor arranged for the car to be brought to Park Place Grapevine. He parked the cars side-by-side giving us a chance to compare make a good decision...our decision. No pressure. None. We went with the original car. My wife and I were very happy! I left completely confident we had made the right decision. It was then and there I knew I had stepped into a completely different world of car purchasing where respect for the customer high and where professional behavior is expected. Ownership, management, and other great people are the ones that make that kind of delivery happen, I know. By the way, I expect to return soon for that brand new E Class I spotted. More
