Worst Car purchase experience I had contacted the sales person for detail information on the vehicle for purchase on a Saturday. On the following Monday, I contacted the Sales Pers I had contacted the sales person for detail information on the vehicle for purchase on a Saturday. On the following Monday, I contacted the Sales Person to let him know I wanted to purchase the vehicle but needed some clarifications. He responded that we had already gone over this and he was not going to go over it again. Despite, I proceeded to purchase the vehicle. Throughout the transaction, we shook hands with the sales person and his manager and agreed to how the transaction was to be handles including my trade-ins (2). After I get home, I receive a call from the manager that they would not honer their hand shake and will go about my trade ins a different way. I indicated I wanted my trades back and would pay for cash. So unprofessional of them. You would think being a Mercedes Benz dealership you would be treated with the highest respect and professionalism. I have owned 3 MB and have never experienced this with other dealerships. This should be embarrasing to MBUSA. More

Buying Experience I dealt with both Robert Counter (Sales Person) and Lance Oujesky in the purchase of my 2016 C300. Both exhibited super professionalism during the pr I dealt with both Robert Counter (Sales Person) and Lance Oujesky in the purchase of my 2016 C300. Both exhibited super professionalism during the process. Since I have already had an opportunity to give Robert a super evaluation on the purchase survey, I want to focus on Lance here. Lance came to my home for my convenience and spent about 4 hours with me, much of it devoted to frustrating time spent by Lance on the phone with my garage door opener company and getting it to Synch with my new C300. He had the patience I would not have had. In fact, I went almost 3 years with my prior Mercedes without ever getting the garage door to work with my in-car opener. In addition, he spent plenty of time outlining the features on the new C which were not available on my prior C. All of this was super helpful and will be of value in the future. After leaving, he called back to check on me to make sure my opener was working and ask if I had any further questions, He had done such a good job, I had no questions. Further he called about a week later to check on me again. You can't ask any more than that. Lance and Robert both are outstanding reps of Park Place who make me want to go buy another Mercedes.
