Oil nut or something was not tightened after oil chnage Have bought 3 cars totaling $120k and have had them services there as well. Today, I found that the entire oil was leaking due to a drain plug or some Have bought 3 cars totaling $120k and have had them services there as well. Today, I found that the entire oil was leaking due to a drain plug or something not tightened properly. Oil was lies king while my wife drove it and while it was parked. Waiting for a tow truck to take it back to see how much damage is done to the engine. Very disappointed and will probably have to go to fret lengths to get this corrected. More

Warranty not honored I had a very frustrating experience and I will go to great length to avoid this dealer in the future. I brought my Mercedes Sprinter RV in to have the I had a very frustrating experience and I will go to great length to avoid this dealer in the future. I brought my Mercedes Sprinter RV in to have the A/C system checked. Sure enough they found that the system was 0.5lbs low in refrigerant. Unfortunately, I had to pay for this repair as it cannot be covered by the manufacturers warranty as this is a "conversion van". However, checking the MB warranty guide it mentions that only items added or changed will not be covered. One would think that the standard A/C systems is covered Edgar N. More

World Class Service I recently purchased a 2016 GLE 350 from Scott Najjar. I had been looking for a few weeks at inventory on multiple websites and had even visited with I recently purchased a 2016 GLE 350 from Scott Najjar. I had been looking for a few weeks at inventory on multiple websites and had even visited with Park Place Dallas, a store located less than a mile from my home. Unfortunately my experience wasn't as I had hoped in Dallas nor as easy as it was on my last Mercedes purchase, all done over the phone and delivered to my office. I decided to look at PPM Grapevine, I called and Scott answered, I let him know what I was looking for and that I would be there within 15 minutes. Scott met me at the door and we looked at and drove 3 different GLE's. Scott was so patient with listening to what I really wanted and trying to make that happen. Scott went above and beyond what any salesperson has ever done for me and I am grateful. Scott not only got me the car that I wanted but he worked tirelessly to get me the deal I wanted. Within an hour of making the decision , I was driving home in my new car. Scott is a great salesman, he is an active listener and has done tremendous follow up, for this and many other reasons I will recommend Scott and Park Place Grapevine to all of my friends time and again.
