They worked diligently to find exactly what I asked for, and they delivered. Even when a few minor issues came up, they were quick to resolve and made sure I was taken care of. Good Experience... no bull I just bought my second late model, lightly pre-owned from Park Place Motorcars. It was a very civilized experience. Marty and Pete put the price out I just bought my second late model, lightly pre-owned from Park Place Motorcars. It was a very civilized experience. Marty and Pete put the price out there, gave me a fair trade-in, and the deal was cast in less than an hour. That's two cars now and about 2 hours and 15 minutes to close them both. I just don't appreciate all the BS in the car business these days. It's refreshing to deal with folks like this. I highly recommend them. More

Two mercedes in our garage We would never think of owning two luxury Mercedes in our family. But once my husband stopped by Park Place Grapevine and talked to Charles Lane about We would never think of owning two luxury Mercedes in our family. But once my husband stopped by Park Place Grapevine and talked to Charles Lane about a new E350 and drove it, he was sold. He loved it so much, two months later he MADE me trade in my Honda minivan for a new ML350. Yahoo! It is wonderful. Our purchase experience was unprecedented. 30 years of marriage and 30 cars later, we have never had such a great time buying vehicles. Charles was exceptional with both transactions. No haggling, just sheer teamwork to work out the details AND they made it as easy on us as possible. Don't go anywhere else. More
