Excellent service; no complaints, no regrets. I came to Mercedez Park Place in February 26th, 2014,to work on my 2010 GLK bought from Lexus Park Place in January 2014 that has been giving me sever I came to Mercedez Park Place in February 26th, 2014,to work on my 2010 GLK bought from Lexus Park Place in January 2014 that has been giving me several problems since I bought it. My 2010 GLK was taken to the service department for to be checked out. I decided to do window shopping while waitinng for my car to be checked. I was introduced to sales consultant, Shola Bolomope. Shola took me under his wings and told me the importance of driving my GLK with absolute peace of mind and joy. Shola was very professional, concerned, and very caring and knows his job to the minute details. I left the Mercedez Park Place happy and satisfied with my 2012 Mercez benze GLK. I love my 2012 GLK absolutely. I am so much in love with my new car. I love the move, the sound and the feel of my 2012 GLK. I love the peace and joy I have inside me while driving my 2012 GLK. I have not had any problem so far with my new car since I bought it. One million thanks to Shola Bolomope for his professional advice. One million thanks to all the staff of mercedez park place. We all know that the process of research, locating and purchasing a vehicle can be a bit stressful. To add to the stress, I'm located in Central California and the vehicle was in Texas. Steve ensured the last piece of this puzzle was stress free from beginning to end. He gave me the price I wanted, the vehicle itself was just beautiful and actually nicer than the pictures could show. The process was very fast considering the distance, and then he took care of locating a shipping company. If I were to purchase another vehicle that was not local, the first place I would look would be Park Place. If they didn't have what I was looking for, I'd contact Steve and see if he could locate something. You MUST give him a shout and see what magic he can do for you! More

The service provided by Don is always exceptional. I was having difficulty deciding which vehicle to purchase. It was freezing cold they day I came to the dealership. Instead of walking outside in the cold (like most dealershps would have made me do), Don drove me around in a loan car looking for my next new car., I finally decided which car I wanted, Don searched for the exterior/interior color that I wanted all over the country. He found one had it delievered, changed out the rims for me and stayed way past the time that the dealership closed to explain all of the functionalities of my new car even though this wasn't my first rodeo. Don could have easily said I know you know what to do since this is your fifth Mercedes. He took the time as if it was my first. This is the ONLY type of service that I have received when in the Park Place Grapevine store. I recommend Park Place Grapevine to all my family and friends. This is the place where buying a new car is a quick as buying a new pair of shoes! More

True to their word...a true five star company I was in the market for an E320 Bluetec and had found a 2008 with 74,000 miles for $21,000 at a local small dealer. The car was pristine and priced at I was in the market for an E320 Bluetec and had found a 2008 with 74,000 miles for $21,000 at a local small dealer. The car was pristine and priced at 21,500. I decided to go forward and have them work out financing, after 48 hours the best they could find was 60 months at 6.5%. I was unsatisfied with the deal so I continued my search and found an identical 2008 with 74,000 miles on the clock at Park Place Mercedes in Grapevine, but they were asking $23,500. So I called and got Scott, I explained that I found a similar car for $21,500, and asked if they would match. He took my information and talked with the sales manager, Bob, and called back within the hour to tell me they would reduce the sales price by the requested $2,000. I was preparing to go on vacation the following day and was not able to arrive until after 8:00 PM, which happened to be their closing time. Of course Scott and Bob stayed late to do a test drive and to value my trade. While we had agreed on the sales price before hand, they had offered 24,000 for my trade, which was on par with the small dealer and $4,000 more than a Chevy dealer some time back. After five minutes of direct negotiating with Scott and Bob we settled on $25,000 for my trade, a $1,000 more than any other offer. Since it was after 9:00 PM the finance manager was gone for the day. The next day Scott called to let me know they were able to get us approved for 72 months @ 3.5%. Needless to say, better terms, far better interest rate and more for my trade was far beyond my expectations! Of course I was dreading the financing part, where dealer finance managers are really aggressive in getting one to buy their extras, e.g. warranty, service plan, gap, etc. At this point my wife was making final preparations for our departure that evening and was unable to come to sign the paperwork. No Problem! I met with the finance manager and while she did offer all of the extras, she just did that "offer", she simply laid out all of the service contracts, explained how they would impact monthly payment and simply asked which if ANY I would like. Now usually I reject all of these since they are sold at a really high premium, but the services were well explained and with no pressure so I was able to really look and actually choose the MB 3 year service contract. Once that was decided the finance manager printed all of the documents and had Scott come over to our house to sign all the documents. Which made my wife very happy, in fact she said this will be the only way we buy cars from now on! Later that evening in the light of our garage my wife noticed two larger dents on the passenger side front fender. This is where Park Place really showed their commitment to their customers. Usually as part of a used car purchase you sign a "service promise" letter which lays out in detail what the dealer has committed to, which in effect releases them from any liability after the car is sold. But still I called them a few days later from Mexico and left Scott a message that I hadn't noticed the dents and if they would do anything in respect. Upon arriving from vacation 9 days after the sale they told me to come in to fix the dents. Since there was no paint damage I was sure they would use a paintless dent removal process, which they did. However Scott advised that even with the paintless dent removal the panel was still not factory perfect, which by this time is was perfectly fine with. Park Place on the other hand was not, they went as far as to order a new front fender, had it painted and installed and polished the entire vehicle to ensure the newly painted fender would not appear different! In addition while the car was there they noticed a small oil leak and had the service department resolve the issue. In addition to all the above they provided me with a 2013 C250 during the two weeks it was in the shop. And if that wasn't enough Scott redelivered the car with a fresh tank of gas since I had taken it in with only half a tank. Simply put I could not have asked for an easier more complete customer experience. I will NEVER purchase a car from anywhere else EVER!!! On a side note I just noticed my car was making an awful racquet at idle, of course at this point I could not bring myself to call Scott to report the issue, so I took it in myself to identiy the issue. I spoke with the service advisor and asked him to identify the issue and advise of the repair cost. I also requested they do this while I waited, 1.5 hours later the service advisor informed me that they identified the issue, a missing bolt from a bracket for the exhaust system, and replaced the bolt. And to my surprise he told me it was free of charge and to just sign off at the cashiers. My car was pulled back fresh out of the car wash, hand dried, vacuumed and with tire trim, agian all for free! People you need to purchase every car from this dealer, the best price, best financing, highest offer for your trade, the best people, excellent cars (they do NOT buy any cars from auction, all their used cars are acquired through trades and even then only if they pass their service inspection) and their follow up is just second to none. Scott, Bob, Park Place thank you. I never thought I would ever rant and rave about how good a car buying experience was, but I guess there is always a first for everything. I look forward to coming back in a couple of years for nice Bluetec GL.... More
