I knew that day I had found a very rare. special sales person and I would refer anyone out there looking for a new or used vehicle to visit Grapevine Mercedes and ask for Phil, It was pleasant experience from start to finish and I will definitely be back. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have had in a long time. I have purchased 2 other cars this year through other dealerships and Park Place blows them away in customer service and attentio had in a long time. After previewing Mercedes e class used cars online, we came to Park Place Motors in Grapevine a few days before Christmas. We were NOT kept waiting, no "let me check with the sales mgr" b.s. we got at many dealerships. Being seasoned in used car transactions, we made only one counter-offer and it was accepted. We've bought and sold many cars via newspaper (we're old!), ebay motors, small lots, etc. My battery terminal came loose the first week and Phillip came out with a service tech to fix within 20 minutes....now I'm truely spoiled. Love that we purchased a quality car with a warranty from a large dealership with quality sales and service team. AND LOVE MY CAR, I call it OSBee, One Sexy B*, it magically goes 20 miles faster when it's fav songs come on. Thanks, Phillip More

Let me start by saying that the buying experience was very good. Mani Yassan was very professional and the purchasing of my wife's Mercedes went great. However after my experience of today with your serv very good. Mani Yassan was very professional and the purchasing of my wife's Mercedes went great. However after my experience of today with your service department I am having second thoughts about talking my wife into purchasing a Mercedes from your dealership. A little background my be helpful. I have always purchases American and current have two Corvettes and my everyday car is a Escalade that I purchased from Sewell just up the road from your dealership. So that is who I am going to compare my service experience to your service department. My wife had purchased 6 Jag's in a row but since you opened in Grapevine and I live in Colleyville and work in Grapevine I talked her into getting a Mercedes from Park Place. I expected to get the same high level of service from Park Place that I get from Sewell(I have purchased 4 Escalades from Sewell) and have probably had my vehicles service at least 30 or more times from them + lots of washes. I was called a few days ago by Mani and left a message that my plates were at the dealership and to come in and have them put on. I happened to be out of town when I got the message so I could not bring the car in to have the licenses plates put on until this morning. I arrived at Park Place around 7:45 today and talked to one of your service people and told him what I was there for. Me told me to have a seat in the waiting area and was very polite. I waited about 20 minutes and he came and told me that they could not find the plates and he would call when they were found. I waited until 11:00 and finally called Mani and he put me on hold for a couple of minutes but did come back and tell me that they had found the plates. I asked if they could put them on if I came over within the next few minutes. I work just a few minutes away so I arrived at Park at 11:10 waited in line for about 10 minutes before someone helped me. while I was waiting I decided to ask for a wash as well as my plates being put on. The receipt I got from the wash station stated 11:20 as my check in time. I waited until 12:50 and finally went to see what was taking so long. I just asked for my car back and I would put my plates on myself and just go by a car wash on the way back to work. When I told them that it did get some action so in about 10 more minutes I did get my unwashed car back and a service agent put my plates on while I watched. I just stopped by Mustang and got my car washed in about 15 minutes. Its a much better use of my time to just pay to get my car washed then waste well over a hour an 1/2 to get it no washed at Park Place. Sewell never takes that much time. I guess I and just spoiled with the service I have gotten for the last 10 years at Sewell. I really think I get better service at Classic Chev then I got today. I've purchased two pre-owned vehicles (both from Steve Wickham) and I'm sure I'll be back. They always have the brands that are right in my 'wheelhouse' no pun intended.
