Grapevine Park Place and Darryl Muldrow were both amazing to work with! They were more than honest and fair. Darryl was a zero pressure salesman- he made it very clear he just wanted me to be happy with my to work with! They were more than honest and fair. I believe I got a very fair price on my car. I had visited several other Mercedes dealerships in town ( including one 2 miles from my house rather than the Grapevine locations 30 miles away) and Grapevine Park Place was the winner- well worth the drive. They gave me a much better price than I was quoted from the other dealerships and were much more friendly and transparent. I will be back to buy my next car from Darryl! More

I left most categories with a ratings above as "N/A" because I only spent 2 mins in the dealership and had a bad experience with the one of the salesmans and not the dealership as a whole. I had Ron McBride as my salesman and he did an awful job as a salesman. I asked him about the CLA and he answered "We don't have any. We're all sold out" (though TWO other employees later confirmed that there were 2 available.) I kept probing to ask if there was a demo available and he responded "No, don't even have that". I told him that I was informed that all dealerships had one available and he responded with "Not everything you hear is the truth". I asked him a few questions and basically got very short replies. I was shocked because he made no sales attempt what so ever! Also, he didn't even bother to ask me for my name or number to call me back. He did the very bare minimum! I saw that there were some great comments on him in previous posts, but I HIGHLY doubt those are legit. More
