I called to see what they'd sell it for and Philip gave me a very reasonable price, far lower than the listed price. I was looking at a similar vehicle at Park Place Plano but didn't feel the salesman took me as a serious buyer. Since I didn't know when I could drive an hour to see the vehicle, Philip provided his cell number to text when we could travel that way. When we arrived, the car was not only detailed, but had new tires installed. Although it was raining when we arrived, he placed the car under the service bay, answered all of our questions before and during the test drive, and was knowledgable about the particular make/model. (In my experience, many sales associates don't know much about vehicles and guess/lie about the features of the vehicles; Philip provided factual information, even though I knew a majority of the features on the vehicle). I never felt pressured to purchase the car, and when discussing the final sales price, they even came down a little more. A few weeks later when I went to pick up my license plates (they offered to fedex them but I was going to be in Grapevine), Philip washed the car, installed the plates, and filled up the tank. Philip is a hard working sales consultant and is working at one of the most prestigious dealerships in the DFW area for a reason. Buying a vehicle is no easy task, if you want a reasonable deal, but this was unlike any experience I've had at a dealership in DFW, and I was just purchasing a preowned vehicle. More

While looking through the reviews, Corey Bedford's profile resinated with me. We sent an email regarding the CLA 250 and he immediately responded back with answers to our questions. He verified what we wanted and did not try to sell us on what we did not want. He was very attentive, professional and communicative regarding what we wanted. He sent pictures, he kept us informed of what was coming in to the lot with dates, times, prices, etc. When we met him in person, he was very professional, warm and attentive. He was not pushy and he got us everything we wanted on our car even sooner than we thought we would get it. While our paperwork was being processed, he did not keep us waiting in the lobby without frequent updates to let us know how much longer we would be waiting. He offered us something to drink and eat while waiting. He was prompt in getting us a rental car while waiting for our car to arrive. He kept us updated throughout the process. When we came to pick up our car, he was equally as attentive with the same genuine and warm and friendly spirit. He made sure that we understood specifics about our car before driving it off the lot. He Congratulated us and thanked us for our business. Even after we war home a few days with our new car, he called to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our car. Corey is the kind of sales person that everyone wants to do business with. Our experience was exemplary and we will look for Corey when we decide to upgrade. Doug has sold us 5 Mercedes over the past years and each and every time Doug goes more than the extra mile to ma would receive 10s in every section. (sorry for the run on sentence) I say every time that he really works hard to make sure your satisfied with the purchase. Unlike most car salesman, Doug has great follow up; after the sale Doug will stay in contact not just the first week, but for myself 5 years. In addition, when you bring your car in and he is in the building Doug will go out of his way to get out of his office and make every attempt to see you while you are there. You make think this is all BS, but over the five years I have known Doug he has always treated me and my wife with great respect and makes the purchase as easy as you want it to be.
