Mercedes final delivered the car that meet my demands - 2014 E250. Don got the car as soon as possible - I suspect that I was one of the first to get this model in the USA. So far the car has exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to taking long trips in it. This is my second car I have bought at Park Place and service has always been outstanding. More

Lance was great! My only not so good experience was that when I arrived at least 4 Salespeople walked by and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. A sale was almost lost that day. First off, this is the largest Mercedes dealership that I have ever seen (and I have seen many). They have room for just about every color and model, so it was great to see so many options. Scott was so helpful in this helping me locate my perfect car, as I was unsure about the various silver/grey colors as well as purchasing a new or certified pre-owned vehicle. Scott was also so patient with me, as I needed instruction on how to use the electronic gear selector. It was a smooth transaction, and the service at this Mercedes dealership far exceeds the service at all the other locations that I have dealt with over the past 30 years. I would definitely return to this dealership and recommend them to all my friends and family!! More
