I visited a few other dealerships and spent wasted time with the sales representatives who showed me vehicles I was not interested, vehicles out of the price range I informed them I wanted to be in as well with the sales representatives who showed me vehicles I was not interested, vehicles out of the price range I informed them I wanted to be in as well as vehicles that did not come with my "must have" items. I spoke with Mani over the phone and I was hopeful from the beginning, he asked questions that others did not ask, most importantly he listened to what I wanted. He showed me listings of vehicles that I was interested in not ones that needed to be moved as some of the other sales representatives had done. Day 1 I found the vehicle I wanted day 2 I drove home in it. The vehicles at this location are priced to sell so there was no need for going back and forth about pricing. Mani called me a day or so after my purchase to make sure I was enjoying my vehicle and to see if I had any question or concerns. I must say this was by far the most impressive car buying experience I have yet to have the quality of the vehicle I purchased and the quality service Mani provided went hand and hand. Despite a career move that took us to another state, we made it a point to return to this dealership and work with Don Vaughan once again. Worst buying experience ever!!!! Salesman was not knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased at all! He made the process seem really rushed and I felt like he was only concerned with selling the car. No regards or concerns for anything other than that. 1 week after purchasing the vehicle I had problems with my command screen. I called Lance Jenkins several times with no response until I contacted his supervisor. At that point he offered to come pick my vehicle up and bring me a service car and have my care checked. The arrangement was made by Lance to pick up my car on Monday morning at 10am. By 12 noon I had not heard from Lance Jenkins. I called him a couple of times and left messages with no response. Once again I had to contact his supervisor to report this incident. Around 4:00 I received a call back from Lance stating that he would pick up my car the following day. He never once apologized for his inconsistency. I just find it quite interesting during the initial process of purchasing my car I had no problem hearing from Lance but once the car was purchased it was a different story. I really enjoy my new Mercedes and there are some really nice people in finance and the service department that were really helpful in this process. Thank you guys! I WOULD NOT recommend Lance Jenkins (Salesman) to anyone else when purchasing a vehicle from Park Place Grapevine Mercedes-Benz! More

Ron McBride took the time, at the very end of a long day, to show my Wife, Daughter and I a number of cars, never rushed us and ultimately we ended up finding the perfect car in a far corner of the lot. We have been with Marty Marshall as a family for many, many, many years and when recently I needed to purchase another vehicle, we didn't hesitate to give him a call. We were aware that he was working at many, many years and when recently I needed to purchase another vehicle, we didn't hesitate to give him a call. We were aware that he was working at Park Place, so I was nervous because I thought it would just be something way out of my price range, by just hearing the name. Since my credit is not where is should be, I was also nervous I wouldn't be able to get one in mine or my husband's name. It was a great experience to know that y'all had "pre-owned" vehicles as well as new and I didn't have to necessarily buy a Mercedes (which are extremely nice by the way). It was comfortable to come in and have everyone be extremely helpful and everyone, from Marty, to Mario the finance guy and we were able to finance. I had to bring my two boys with me and they made sure that there was plenty of things for them to do while my husband and I were filling out the paperwork. They even had the best soda/coffee area I've ever seen in my life. Both my husband and I and bought one, and my father did as well. I've never felt more comfortable in what I would consider a "luxury" car dealership. I would most DEFINITELY recommend Park Place to anyone I know!! Now I can drive around with the license plate holder saying Park Place and feel awesome and blessed!! Thank you to everyone who made us feel like we were someone!! More
