Joseph Turner finished putting the numbers together, and worked a very nice deal for our daughter. In the end, when we picked up the car, it had new tires on it, something that was not expected or even discussed, but apparently they found something and elected just to give us a new set of tires. Closing the deal with John Picnic was so very easy, no change in the deal, and a breeze. Once closed, we stepped out the door of his office onto the delivery ramp and were shown everything about the car, all the manuals and paperwork, and off we went. Park Place made this car buying experience a true pleasure, and we found the best vehicle for a wonderful price for our daughter. it is a pleasure to go back to the dealership to get the car washed, and the level of accommodation from these professionals at Park Place is truly extraordinary. Now when I step into some other dealership for whatever reason on our other cars, when I come home I feel like I need to take a shower! Go check out Park Place Mercedes. You can afford one. I have been changing our BMW's to Mercedes because of the extreme difference with service. You call BMW for routine service and you cant get in. They ask if I can bring it next month for oil changes or a flat tire. (Had to buy tire at discount tire) That is how bad it is. Mercedes at Grapevine takes care of their customers right away and even come to you if you are busy. Its incredible service. This is my second purchase and have one more BMW to change. I had never purchased a vehicle by internet before, and was somewhat concerned that glitches would arise. However, Corey made the experience enjoyable and easy, including sending sales documents to me outside the continential US in a timely manner. Everyone that I spoke with at the dealorship during and after delivery were professional and pleasant to work with.I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Park Place Internet sales, or through a more traditional route for that matter. Service & agreement on car to buy went fast & well; however, as we were waiting for the financial department, it took over 45 minutes of waiting, and then only were met after talking to the manag well; however, as we were waiting for the financial department, it took over 45 minutes of waiting, and then only were met after talking to the manager. Somewhere, the ball was dropped and no one asked if we needed help, without going to the manager first. Also I brought the car in for service the next week, appt made by Jonathan, and then he wasn't even there when I arrived, appt was for 10:00, he got there at 10:15. I love my car, but may go to another Mercedes dealer next time. More
