My wife and I were in the Market for a New Car. There were several Mercedes Models that we were considering. We were fortunate to meet and work with Jason Palmer. All the Models that we tested were extremely well made and exceptional in performance and handling. Jason answered our questions and we decided on a Mercedes CLS550. Usually purchasing an automobile and negotiating with the dealer is an unpleasant experience. Through our Sales Associate Jason Palmer we were able to receive a fair price. My wife and I stopped into Park Place Motorcars: Mercedes-Benz Grapevine just to take a look. We were greeted in a timely manner and introduced to Russ Amsden. This began our journey on perhaps the Mercedes-Benz Grapevine just to take a look. We were greeted in a timely manner and introduced to Russ Amsden. This began our journey on perhaps the very best car buying experience we have ever had. This is saying a lot considering this is the 19th car we have owned or leased. The Mercedes product sells itself but Russ did an outstanding job to say the least. His knowledge of the vehicle and professionalism was a work of art! Not unlike the Mercedes GLK350 we ended up purchasing. We did not purchase on our initial visit because we wanted to compare other vehicles and I needed to secure funding through my bank (USAA). Russ informed us that there were special incentives thru USAA and invited us to a Mercedes event being held at Park Place Motorcars: Mercedes-Benz Grapevine. Russ then contacted us and offered to provide a GLK350 for my wife and I to take home overnight in order for us to truly experience the vehicle beyond the normal test drive. So we returned to the dealership on the evening of the special event and drove home the GLK350. Great call Russ! We the returned a day and a half later and made our decision to purchase. Mike McAllister then took over the process (working with Russ) and provide my wife and I with exceptional service. Although I had a check from USAA for the purchase Mike topped my USAA offer and secured an even better rate! Way to go Mike!! Even though they knew they (Mike and Russ) had a deal in hand they never once rushed the process and made me feel as though I was the only and most important customer in the dealership. I was provided with a thorough overview of my new 2013 GLK350 and Russ insured that all my questions were answered.
