Tim is one of the best Mercedes sales personnel I have dealt with. He was very friendly and payed close attention to what we were looking for before steering us to the model and equipment we needed. He made us feel that it was all about us and whether we would be happy with the purchase not just that he was able to make a sale. There was no pressure but appeared to be plenty of incentive. I can say it is much more pleasant to be drawn into a sale than pushed in. He followed through afterwards and made us feel that we were extremely important and not in just a phony way. My wife is not easy to please and I could tell she was also pleased with his manners and his ability to understand what was important to her. Overall we are very pleased with this buying experience and hope future dealings go as well. Tim was even able to get a previous problem I had with the service department resolved in a way beneficial to both me and the dealership. I am looking forward to Kevin in Service being as good. More

Overall the experience with Kurtis Walker was great! I had been shopping for some time and I am a shopper that only makes the purchase if I feel absolutely comfortable. The only down fall was the finance experience with John Picinic, he was not sincere and I felt he was rushing the entire process. When I asked questions and had concerns, he responded with sarcasm and was unprofessional. No matter the price tag people need to feel important and appreciated for purchasing at this location. John does not know the meaning of customer service or treating customers like they matter. I will purchase again from this dealership but I will request never to close with John Picnic.
