Hello Jeff, while we always work hard to arrive at a value that is acceptable to both parties, we understand this is not always possible, and we apologize if any of this information was upsetting. We are sorry to hear that your experience at our dealership was not as you were expecting. We spoke with our team and understand that the interaction you had with our manager included going over the Kelly Blue Book appraisal for your vehicle based on our inspection, and discussing why it was the value it was. If our manager would have had the opportunity to finish the discussion with you before you left, he would have been able to go into further detail about the appraisal and walk you through the specific exterior and mechanical issues that were evident during our inspection that caused the appraisal to come in lower than you were hoping for. We are also aware that the competitor’s appraisal you were given was provided prior to them viewing your vehicle in-person. We wish you the best.
