BUYER BEWARE! The wife and I did an online quote for a trade-in on our vehicle on 12/01/2022, which initially gave a quote of $ 74,000.00. Upon completion of the The wife and I did an online quote for a trade-in on our vehicle on 12/01/2022, which initially gave a quote of $ 74,000.00. Upon completion of the credit app and trade-in info, the quote dropped to $ 71,700.00. We then requested a test drive on a new Mercedes vehicle on-line on 12/02/2022 at 3 p.m. We drove 545 miles from our home and arrived at the dealership at 2:30 p.m. on 12/02/2022 to find no one to talk to or speak to us until 3 p.m. Upon trying to complete the deal with Sales Experience Manager Alvin Mathe, we was offered a trade-in value of only $ 65,000.00, a difference of $ 6,700.00 from the on-line quote that we accepted on-line and completed an on-line credit app., along with having to pay a acquisition fee of $ 7,500.00 for the new Mercedes, above sticker price, which he said they had to pay to get the vehicle. Apparently this dealership does not honor its on-line quotes, so buyer beware. Needless to say, they did not get our business. Update: General Manager (Dave Olson) contacted me on 12/05/2022 and apologized for above stated occurrence and offered to make things right, however we had already made a purchase on another vehicle at another dealership. Thank you Mr. Olson for your offer to help. More
