Most commonly, I am finding mandatory reconditioning fees or cosmetic packages that are not disclosed until the deal is being made. This dealership, and Joe Diloreto specifically, treated me and my valuable time with respect by disclosing 100% of the costs up front. This is a luxury dealership. I bought a used, non-luxury car.
