Waiting for a tow truck to take it back to see how much damage is done to the engine. Very disappointed and will probably have to go to fret lengths to get this corrected. More

I brought my Mercedes Sprinter RV in to have the A/C system checked. Sure enough they found that the system was 0.5lbs low in refrigerant. Unfortunately, I had to pay for this repair as it cannot be covered by the manufacturers warranty as this is a "conversion van". However, checking the MB warranty guide it mentions that only items added or changed will not be covered. One would think that the standard A/C systems is covered Edgar N. More

I sent my Benz to Park Place Mercedes in Grapevine, BIG MISTAKE!! It is now almost 2 months later and my vehicle is not finished or even started to be worked on. The damages were very minimal. I got the run around from the estimator. She said that there was a dispute on parts between them and the insurance, not true. She said that they were waiting on a supplement, not true. And a bunch of other lies. All this time, I have had a rental that Park Place Mercedes said that they are 100% sure the insurance is gonna pay for because it's their fault due to waiting on parts disputed and the supplement ( the lies)Park place told me to wait to return the vehicle. Of course, the insurance company told me it was the body shops fault and they're not paying for my rental past 2 weeks, which was the estimated shop time.Long story short, now I'm stuck with a $1000 rental bill and a car that is NOT fixed. If you were too backed up to get to my car, just let me know. BUT THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, not the customer experience.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! More

I won't get into the full story of our horrible experiences with these guys, but I will summarize to say they they don't stand behind their product and they don't understand customer service. They will treat you wonderfully UNTIL you buy the car. Once you buy the car don't ever expect excellent service again. Don't even expect mediocre service - get ready for the worst service. Seriously, head over to Sewell and save yourself the aggravation. More
Oil leak on my MB E320 cost me $4,000 On June 9th, 2014, I brought my 2008 Mercedes E320 Bluetec to Park Place in Grapevine to repair an oil-leak from the oil cooler. About a week after we On June 9th, 2014, I brought my 2008 Mercedes E320 Bluetec to Park Place in Grapevine to repair an oil-leak from the oil cooler. About a week after we got the car back from Park Place, we noticed the engine check light was lit. A scanner indicated code U0106, 'Lost communication with the glow plug module'. This came up for all 6 glow-plugs. I took the engine cover off and found that the ground wire of the glow-plug module was attached to the engine block, but the screw had not been tightened. I tightened the screw, reset the fault code but it came back on soon after starting the engine. Now, I have worked with electronics all my life and based on my experience, I'm 100% sure that the constant vibration would have caused arcing on the glow-plug unit and eventually fried it. I took the car back to them and according to the service manager, they changed out the glow plug module but after the code still indicated a fault on all six glow plugs, they told me that they would replace the glow plugs for $830. I declined and had the fried glow plug module and blown glow plugs replaced elsewhere. Thanks to Park Place Motorcars, this oil leak cost me close on $4,000! More
