Justin, We understand your concerns and agree that this is an unfortunate situation. We received your authorization on 4/7 to complete the repairs, and submitted our supplement on 5/3. We do apologize for the delay on our end in getting the supplement submitted. Your insurance company wished to use aftermarket/counterfeit parts, which you did not want to use. We have manufacturer parts approved at this time. We’ve learned that Mark Waugh has reached out to you to discuss the issue, and he is currently working with Enterprise and AllState to get your rental car bill resolved. Hello, We apologize that the cost of the repair was more than you anticipated. The glow plug issue arose 4000 miles after the previous repairs we had made to your vehicle, which is why we could not provide the repairs for free. However, we would have been happy to assist you with the repair and get to the root of the issue. Additionally, a ground wire cannot cause an arch in wiring as it does not carry an electric current. We maintain that this is not what caused the glow plug issue to arise. However, we are happy to hear that you did get the repairs completed elsewhere and wish you the best.

The engine check light came on about a week after the oil leak repair and the scanner reported all six glow plugs had lost communication with the glow plug module. I found the loose ground wire and tightened it but the engine check light came on again. As I was out of town for six weeks, I only got the opportunity to bring the car back in August.Furthermore, you obviously know nothing about electronics. Where do you think the the glow pug module gets it's negative from? Wireless?
