He was personable and Attentive, and we also had many mutual friends. Vincent followed up during the day on the progress of my vehicle- I love the communication they execute at MB Hanover. Excellent I couldn’t drop off my car as planned due to my grandchildren. Worst communication and service ever . My car went in for a basic service apparently was smashed up coming off the left. A total mixup of what was wrong when it would be faxed no one eve . recall appointment Hanover picked up & dropped off my car from cape cod for recall. Moly was excellent! Car returned on time! I asked for someone to adjust my mirrors to Hanover picked up & dropped off my car from cape cod for recall. Moly was excellent! Car returned on time! I asked for someone to adjust my mirrors to reverse automatically when backing up. They worked when I bought the car then stopped working. Drivers didn't know how to do it... otherwise just miss the Hyannis dealership. Thank you for good service. Fabulous wash job on car!!!!!! More
Excellent customer service I went in to the dealership to get a tire replaced. I had the extended warranty on the tires and they replaced it for free even though the approval fr I went in to the dealership to get a tire replaced. I had the extended warranty on the tires and they replaced it for free even though the approval from the warranty company was still pending. This showed trust in the customer and respect for my time. Gladly will come back for more service from them! More
Quite the disappointment Where shall I begin? The first appointment that was confirmed but when no one showed up to pick up the car? Or the week later when we tried to call a Where shall I begin? At the end I called asking to speak to the service manager who never returned the phone call even though I left him a message on his voicemail. More
