Thank you for your interest in my concerns but I already tried the service department manager that chose to ignored the issue, Mercedes Headquarters that also ignored my concern, everyone that I've contacted regarding the problem chose to ignore it, I was chocked by the way they managed the whole situation, the manager chose to cover up for the technician, and did not seem concerned about it, and that to me was odd, since this is not the only car that I've owned, neither the only dealership service department visited, the total experience was horrible. I am not expecting anything from anybody anymore, I have moved on with this, the car has been sold, the review needed to be there for others to see, if the technician and manager were capable of doing this once, they will do it again, and that is what confuses me more, because you are loosing future possible buyers by ignoring the issues with the services performed, reputation not only goes to the sales experience, it also goes to total experience that the customer had with the brand, that is what drives them to keep coming back to buy the car.
