You just lost a customer for being expert BSers 4200 dollars to solve nothing, great technician willing to bend backwards to solve the issues but your system doesn’t allow for clear communication to solve the customer issues. Rack was replaced but new rack did not resolve the problem and it turns out my issue is “normal” operation. Service advisor should be as knowledgeable as a technician and not a person with xx abilities to deflect the customer I was about to buy a GLB 250 not anymore! Won’t spend a penny in Mercedes Benz of Ojete but i won’t based on your performance, I am sure none of you care. Not going back ever and I hope you all get diarrhea with my 4200 dollars down the drain, enjoy! I am glad I didn’t request the 900 dollar oil change, outrageous! More
I just moved here, and this dealership is by far the best one I have ever encountered in my 60 years of driving and owning cars.
