Recent mailer I received from MB of HE says "Your vehicle has a safety recall". After entering my VIN into mbusa.com/en/recall to check I quickly learned it does not. Just a dishonest attempt by this dealer has a safety recall". After entering my VIN into mbusa.com/en/recall to check I quickly learned it does not. Just a dishonest attempt by this dealer to get me and other unsuspecting owners to bring our cars in for service and drum up invoices. To be fair, MB of HE's service team may be great. But this sneaky marketing campaign prevents me from ever using them. I choose "yes" for "would you recommend" only because I had to pick yes or no, and I refuse to ding the entire dealer team for this one transgression. More

We were not happy with the service we were receiving at our local dealership so we began looking at others, which brought us to Ziegler. Abe was wonderful to work with. As an out of state borrower Abe was our local dealership so we began looking at others, which brought us to Ziegler. Abe was wonderful to work with. As an out of state borrower Abe was asked to do a lot for us prior to us committing to driving down, he never acted put out and went above and beyond. I will buy again in a heartbeat from Abe! More
