Excellent service for a first time luxury brand buyer Having told Bertin that this was the first time that I am considering buying a luxury brand, he actually sat me down and spent a lot of time explaini Having told Bertin that this was the first time that I am considering buying a luxury brand, he actually sat me down and spent a lot of time explaining details about the Mercedes brand, the various options and things to consider and more importantly, what mattered to "me" the most. Not even once did he push me into deciding nor forced me. I visited him a few times after that and it was the same service every time. I have never come across a car salesman with this much patience. His manager Frank was also the same. Never pushed and you can tell he is working for you to get you the best deal. I did buy the car thru Bertin as I had terrible experiences at other brands and the car had exactly what I needed and I knew I could rely on Bertin, Frank and the dealership. The person who provided the hands on training on car features was great as well and I met him a few times after that. He is always willing to help. I am now back after 3 months looking to upgrade my wife's car and working with Frank and Bertin once again. More
