Go see Cuan! Cuan saved the day by helping me service my bus! He apologized to me for my troubles and got my bus in and out for a factory recall. He assured me of all the work that was done and knew that I had no time to wait because I had to pick up my kids from school! He suggested I call him personally so I didn't have to mess with a call center to for yearly services! He understood that my time is money! I appreciate his patience and integrity, now days this is difficult to find in a dealership after you purchase! kudo to you Cuan! More

Craig Hironaka is caring, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does, and I can trust him explicitly. To me, he's been like family over the years. Well, our C320 finally gave out and we purchased a new Mercedes from Howard Bishop. Again, a very knowledgeable and trustworthy person, who didn't try to pressure us at all. He simply provided us with all the facts and options and let us decide whether it was in our interest to purchase a new vehicle or not. I really liked that. More
