Unrelated to the service, I just asked Craig to check on our ML 350 Takata airbag replacement, I've called your office a few times and most recently to a gal that said it was on the recall list and no parts available for replacement. I just want Mercedes Benz to know that I contacted the company about the recall and want it corrected as soon as possible.
