Best Service Possible I recently purchased a Mercedes from another dealer as I thought I was getting a good deal. The safety inspection was due at the end of August and it I recently purchased a Mercedes from another dealer as I thought I was getting a good deal. The safety inspection was due at the end of August and it was due for a Service D, so I decided to take it to the Mercedes dealer for service. I met with Jason and discussed in detail what would be done to the car and how much the service would cost. The next day, Jason called and explained the car was in worse shape than I thought and we talked through an action plan to get the car "healthy" again. Jason was open and straight forward with all the information he presented. While the cost of the repairs GREATLY exceeded what I had planned to pay, I knew the car would be take care of the right way. I could afford to make all the repairs at one time, but did take the dealership recommendations to get the car up to standard and will take it back in the future to finish the repairs.
