Or sales person Sam was very knowledgeable about the product. We purchased a new vehicle that was recently released by Mercedes, and no other dealer in the area had the inventory, none have it even now product. It's very easy to set up a service Appointment and the follow up is very good. Agent is also very good as they listen to your concerns that you may have. The only issue I had was that they wash your car follow up is very good. Agent is also very good as they listen to your concerns that you may have. The only issue I had was that they wash your car but I guess no one looks at it after it's done. The drivers side of the had grease or black mud on inside the door handle as well as all the entry ways! The car had to be taken back to the wash! More
