Don't buy from them IF customer service is important to you! Mercedes-Benz of Huntington is not the place you want to go if you expect them to care about the car you just spent thousands of your hard-earne you! After traveling all the way from Philadelphia and giving them a 10k cash deposit for my car, then spending another 3k for an extended warranty for a certified vehicle, I was treated like a homeless person on the street. They absolutely don't honor their agreement or stand behind the cars that they sell! Once you give them your money, they could not care less about you and the car they just sold you! Just 3 weeks after I purchased the car, I went to get it inspected at a Mercedes dealership in my area. I was told that one of my rims was cracked and to pass inspection, I had to pay $1,045.00 to get a new rim. The rim was 3/4 cracked on the inside of the car, which could not be seen when I purchased it. It’s now 2 months later and I' am still chasing after them to try to resolve this issue. Even though I know for sure that I didn't do this, I was willing to split the bill, but the manager continues to dismiss my issues. Why should I have to put 13k cash down on a certified vehicle, and then have to spend another 1k 3 weeks after my initial purchase????? I have never in my 53 years, felt so disrespected, dismissed, blown off, and ignored after spending my money, as I’ve felt doing business with them! At this point, I don't know if it's because I'm a woman, or because I'm black woman, or because I'm not rich and didn't spend 100k on a top model car. All I know is the treatment that I've received is unacceptable! Mercedes Benz Corporation in general sucks, as you have to climb mountains and swim oceans to get a response from them and then all they do is pacify you. In total I have made over 30 calls between the dealership and Mercedes Corporation since the end of December 2022, and my issues still aren’t resolved! I wish I never bought this car. I've always wanted a Mercedes, and now that I reached the time in my life where it was feasible to buy one, I must say I'm deeply disappointed and unhappy with this whole experience. I should have gone with my gut feeling, and bought a Lexus instead, because they definitely don’t hold up to their prestigious name, so think twice before buying a Mercedes, especially from them! More
They are pleasant and nice in the beginning especially the GM Dennison but know this, they will never honor a competitive offer and then will teat you poorly and insult you bc of you different opinion, es the GM Dennison but know this, they will never honor a competitive offer and then will teat you poorly and insult you bc of you different opinion, especially the used car manager. I've purchased over a dozen vehicles from here from 2014-2017, and this is how they treat their loyalis customer. Sad but times have changed. More

We ordered the car in June and he kept us abreast on its production and delivery in October. He also helped us with the state & federal tax credits that are substantial. Wahid did our financial transaction. He also was very professional, offered us the typical options but was not at all pushy. The concierge gal (sorry forgot your name!) was incredible and knew every nuance of this highly technological car. All in all, a great car buying experience! More

Overall good experience. Tom, our sales person is very efficient,responsive, straightforward, no gimmicks other that paying over sticker price. I understand that in current automobile market it's a common practice, but Mercedes take it to a all new level and excessive compare to other brands. I have been a loyal Mercedes customers for 15 years (although first time I am being from Mercedes-Benz of Huntington). Unfortunately, loyalty does not mean anything and it 's a little disappointing from such a brand. With that said, our Sales persons really did everything in this power to give us a better deal. Also, when we saw the car in the showroom the car had all-weather heavy duty floor mats and it was pointed out to us as great benefit for the winter month and that the carpet floor mats were also provided. They were actually in the trunk, still int their factory packaging. It is not only after couple of days I picked up the car that I realized that the floor mats were switched. The car has now the carpet mats but no all-weather mats . I notified the dealer, our sales person got back to us very quickly and told us that they were not included and send us a copy of the factory list of items that were included the vehicle. I find it very misleading that they would display the vehicle with something that is not included in the price, specially that all along the vehicle in the showroom is the actual one I was looking to buy and bought. If that the case it should clearly say "All-Weather Mats are only for display purpose " and available as an additional option. It is not a big deal, just disappointing. More
