We had an outstanding experience during our purchase of the Mercedes-Benz GLC. Bill was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely supportive throughout the entire process. We particularly appreciated the time he took to educate us on the different models, explaining the pros and cons of each option and helping us make an informed decision without any pressure. His honesty, patience, and attention to detail made the experience both enjoyable and stress-free. This was our first experience with Mercedes-Benz, and Bill played a significant role in making it a positive and memorable one. when i took my s class in for service this past summer mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle gave me an S class loaner. I liked the loaner so much that I asked them to let me know when it was for sale. That’s exactly what they did.

I went in to see a specific car they had in stock. There was no run around or issues. Jeff Davis (sales manager) and Brandon Russel (salesman) were amazing and made sure all my questions were answered and I was absolutely comfortable. Marianne spent at least an hour with us going over every system and option in the car, which was great. And Alan in finance spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood every option available but was never pushy at all. Honestly my best car purchase experience I’ve ever had. I will absolutely be returning.

Just kudos to Giovanni for a no fuss no muss buying experience. Everything went great from talking, texting with him, we did everything online and over the phone. After I get approved I test drove the car and signed the papers. I only spent less than an hour at the dealership. And also Victor (service dept.) who helped me during my car services. This 2 guys are professional and courteous.
