They do an excellent job providing many photos of cars that are being offered for sale. It also gives a lot of detailed information on each car, which allows someone (like me!) the ability to make informed decisions of whether to drive to the dealership and take a closer look at potential acquisitions. I found a beautiful Benz on their site...and then drove to the dealership to take a look. It was awesome that this dealership was actually OPEN on Sunday afternoon!!! As a career person who works many hours each week, it helped with my scheduling and time management. The staff was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and approachable. It truly was a great experience to purchase a car at a fair price. In the past, I have purchased 12 different vehicles from dealerships. This was my first purchase of a Mercedes. The visit to the dealership was off to a bit of a shaky start (some problems with another sales person and the manager of the dealership). Very professional staff. When I first waked in, I was shown to a salesman. When I explained that a friend had recommended me, the salesman looked up who my friend's salesman was and walked me over to him shown to a salesman. There was no feeling that they were trying to sell me, I was shown and offered a number of different cars and explained the differences. When I came back the next day with my wife, my salesman wasn't available, (he was at a training seminar). Another salesman took wonderful care of us and closed the deal. My original sales person got full credit. When I picked up my car (when promised), the procedure was efficient and very well organized. My salesman then spent over two hours showing me all the features of the car. The next day I received a phone call asking me if everything was okay with my new car. The salesmen I dealt with were: Eugene Dremov, Charles Cohen and Ken Melendez (the fellow who brought me over to my friend's salesman). More

Went there on a whim where I was met warmly by reception and started talking with Hank Woloz; informed, professional, accomodating and personable. What's not to love? After agreeing on a great deal, came back for the car and was personally introduced to the service manager, general manager and other staff who made me feel at home and as if I had just reunited with my long-lost family. Back to Hank Woloz for a second, he demonstrated all the features of my car I would need to get up and running, programmed my phone (and even gave his cell if I had any questions), and talked about other Mercedes programs that I might be ready to use when it was time for a new car. This only occurred maybe once or twice over a period of several days an if you left the car for an hour or two it then worked fine. It was I think a difficult problem to even diagnose, but the service staff were able to diagnose and fix the problem the same day. I am not a car expert, but it seems to me they did a fantastic job given how often the problem actually occurred. The problem was diagnosed as a sensor problem. I just wanted to thank the staff for such prompt attention to what must have been a difficult problem. We have 2 cars from Mercedes of Huntington and we have been really happy with the service that we have received over the last 10 years. However, I think this time the service organization out did themselves. More
