I went and test drove at 4 different dealerships across the NY metropolitan area and working with Tom A was by far the easiest and best experience. He has a low pressure way about him and is extremely patient and informative and customer centric. He made sure I didn’t waste a trip when the vehicle wasn’t there for me to test drive to avoid me any hassle. He didnt just simply want to get me into the store to sell me.
