The most pleasant car-dealer experience ever! I didn't know that getting a new car could actually be a pleasant experience! This was a first for me. Nobody at the dealership was condescending towards me (another first.) Tom went the extra mile to make sure I got everything I wanted in my car. He was polite, respectful, fun and easygoing. Evan has provided exceptional, top-notch service to my parents and myself during our recent visits and subsequent purchase at your dealership. Evan was attentive and considerate of our needs at all times throughout the timeline of the purchase process- we could not be more pleased. Evan and Paul (pre-owned manager) provided us with what can only be described as the best car-buying experience we have had to date. If possible and if one exists, I would like to nominate Evan for the employee/customer satisfaction award with the dealership. While this was our first purchase with Mercedes Benz of Huntington, it will certainly not be our last. Another 10. Ken of business management took the time to explain all the details. Another 10. My service persons, Tom and Ron are truly professional and caring. They certainly follow through to you utmost satisfaction. My experiences here have been exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership. More

"The Best or Nothing" - apparently they don't understand I truly hate having to give an extremely poor review because truthfully my salesman was genuinely a nice person. However even before the sale finaliz I truly hate having to give an extremely poor review because truthfully my salesman was genuinely a nice person. However even before the sale finalized there were nothing but issues. From not being able to meet a delivery date (then amazingly the day before being able to make it ) to aggressive financing voice mails, to missing items and ZERO knowledge transfer on the functionality of the vehicle (which would have been key since one of the missing items is the manual) - this dealership comes up short in every aspect. I even reached out to the General Manager who stated he was out of the office that day but would get back in touch with me the next day and didn't - it's clear to say poor customer service starts at the top at this dealership. My salesman claims he's doing everything he can - if that includes putting items in a letter envelope that clearly would have (and did) arrive torn and empty then perhaps my expectations are simply too high. One thing they don't lack is an amazing amount of pressure to fill out surveys! I literally was asked at least seven times to fill out a 'five star survey' from multiple people. Perhaps if they spent a fraction of the time actually providing proper service, they wouldn't have to strong arm customers to leave positive feedback - it would happen on its own. They have made what should have been a great experience a horrific one. Perhaps MBUSA will actually care about their customers because clearly no one at this dealership does. More
