I had the pleasure of working with Evan Retzkin and from the first time we sat down to discuss vehicle options, it was a smooth experience. Evan was great and took into consideration every detail I was looking for within a new car. He was able to locate the exact version of the GLE I was interested in within just a few days and had the car brought in from another state. I was very happy with the short wait time and the ease of completing both the purchase as well as the trade-in of my previous Mercedes. I would highly recommend Evan to anyone and his professionalism and responsiveness was much appreciated. Spence Mannion, who helped with the financing part of the purchase was also fantastic to work with and was extremely efficient and friendly. I will also say that Evan was very accommodating and both him and Spence even stayed late one evening during the week so I could look at the car and go through financing. EXTREMELY thankful for that consideration!! Finally, when I picked up the car they had it waiting inside for me, perfectly clean and ready to go. I was in and out within 45 minutes and the process was seamless. Edwin was great and took me through all the features and functionality of the car before I drove away. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all questions I had. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from MB Huntington and I will say that this experience has far exceeded last time, so I am very happy with my decision to come back. Buying car was a nightmare, taking delivery was wonderful! Saturday night I went to make an offer 15 minutes before closing and was told the car I was looking at was just sold. They said they could make a great deal on a car sitting for 2 months. I called the first thing the next morning and they mentioned this car was sold before the dealership opened. (What an amazing story)... You can imagine how checking on the Internet and seeing both cars still available after 2 weeks made me angry. They then told me, the deal fell through and I purchased the car. Awesome car, the salesman, Anthony made delivery a "pure joy". Ended up receiving a good price, so in the end, everything went well. So the buying process was pure xxxx and the delivery process was awesome. I am guessing, they wanted me on the hook so that if someone else offered more money they would sell it to that person instead... Sleazy way of doing business. More
