And I put a hold on a GLK . After returning on my day off a changed my mind to another GLK without any grief from Hildy . It was that easy ! The next Monday she picked me up , that's the extra mile !! The car is great But in my book Hildy Kaye is the Best !! Upon my arrival I was greeted by a tall distinguished gentleman, named Stephen McCloskey. Stephen was amazing from the first hello to handing me the keys to my new car. Stephen sat with my mother , aunt and myself and answered every one of our questions, it didn't matter if we asked the same questions over and over again. It was great to sit with someone who was not pushy. His knowledge of his product us remarkable and his honesty is refreshing. He is definitely a shinning star at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington. He even reached out to make sure I got home safely because he knew I was nervous driving home. Because of Stephen I will not drive any other vehicle excect a Mercedes. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!! Certified Benz I wanted to purchase a good car for my parents and was interested in either the GLK350 or the Range Rover Evoque. I test drove both vehicles the same I wanted to purchase a good car for my parents and was interested in either the GLK350 or the Range Rover Evoque. I test drove both vehicles the same day as both dealerships were on the same road. Evan Retzkin was extremely helpful in pointing out the many features and options which were available on the GLK350. My mom really liked the GLK in white and Evan showed me just the vehicle. Leather, Sunroof, heated seats, DRL's, etc. However, the car did not come with navigation. A car over 30K and no navigation?? When we were making the deal, Evan was not pushy or disrespectful at anytime. we settled on price and I negotiated navigation be added to the vehicle. Evan was able to make it happen. Then we dealt with Spence Mannion in Finance. Spence was very nice and helpful in presenting various products. He was not pushy AT ALL. I was very pleased with the way he presented his case for the products being offered and never pushed anything into the deal. Everything was explained plainly and fairly. We also came to the dealership close to closing time, but Even and Spence both were extremely professional and did not push us to make a deal or leave. They were both very patient and genuine. The next day when we came to pick up the vehicle and I was going to put my down payment on my credit card. However, both Evan & Spence neglected to inform us we needed a certified bank check for the down payment. Even so, Spence was honest and said yes we did not inform you, so he was able to process the down payment on my card. Furthermore, Spence advised me that during inspection of the vehicle a nail was found in one of the rear tires. I thought that the nail was removed and the hole patched as the tires had a lot of tread left. NOPE. Spence got all four tires replaced on the vehicle, and not some cheap tires, but name brand premium tires! This level of honesty, integrity and customer service is what makes Mercedes-Benz of Huntington so great! More
