They were very helpful in terms of trade in treatment and selection of a new vehicle. Since buying my C 250 sedan I discovered that not only did it perform as promised but actually did better on gas mileage even though I live up a long hill where brakes are required going down and I must use more gas going up. On an average I do better on miles per gallon than the advertised mpg. What really impressed me about the MB of Huntsville dealership though is the treatment I have received. I have a health care situation which requires me to stay close to home. When I came due for my first annual check up I called the dealership service to make sure I could be in and out as quickly and predictably as possible. When I explained my situation to the service department they told me not to worry about it, they, through my salesman, would send someone to my house to pick up and then bring back my car after its scheduled maintenance. This offer was made without hesitation or my even asking. My next car will definitely be from Mercedes Benz of Huntsville and from my salesman there, David Goodwin. More

I have never visited a Mercedes-Benz dealership before visiting the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Huntsville, AL. I don't know why, but I expected to feel a stiff atmosphere. We had done some initial inquiries as to models, specs and reviews that led us to lightly consider a Mercedes. Once we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Dan Dailey and we proceeded to look at an E350 in the showroom. Very impressed with what we saw and heard, we decided to take Dan up on his offer of a test drive. It goes without question that we were pleased with the performance of the car. Again, Dan proved that he really knew the car and answered almost all of our questions. Before leaving, Rob Callis introduced himself and provided us with his business card. We were appreciative of his involvement from the get go because it eluded to his commitment to customer service. After gratefully NOT being bombarded with phone calls, we returned to the dealership the following weekend. After consideration of my trade-in and offers, we decided to buy the Mercedes. Michael Brantley was very efficient and knowledgeable about the business/paperwork involved and being that we brought a check with us, he respected our time and took us through the process in an expeditious manner, all while still explaining everything and offering all of the optional features such as warranty, service, etc... He was very personable and truly believes in the product.
