"WORST DEALER EVER - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"
Expected a lot more from am MB dealer. my only interface has been service and they have always been rather arrogant and act like they are doing me a favor. they also try to sell you expensive services you do not, at all, need. Impossible to get ahold of, especially by the text or emails they provide. That was bad enough but I've had to take the car back several times for routine things over the years. But it has come-to-a-head now as they apparently are not capable of fixing my car after trying for 7 months and every time I bring it in they do exactly nothing and say its fixed. Now it has broken down completely. will not buy a Mercedes-Benz again as long as we are in Huntsville because of this dealer. AVOID. Even Lampi, last time, said that he doubted the problem was solved despite assurances it was by Service Mgr. Now even Lampi's emails are getting kicked back.
