Thank your staff (Dan and Mike) for being so helpful with setting up the new car purchase. Our 2011 C300 was totaled in a head on collision and we replaced it with a 2013 C250. We have been so tied up with the healing process of my wife's injuries that Dan and Mike made the purchase process as painless as possible. Since we were a repeat customer, Dan gave us the best deal possible and my wife is extremely pleased with the selection of features and is looking forward to driving again in the near future. Mike was very helpful with all the paperwork and guiding us with recovery of the extended warranty from the totaled vehicle. This has been a very trying time for our family and again we appreciate the time and consideration from your staff. More

Graham Wright was knowledgeable, friendly and professional in every respect. I am retired military and he suggested to me the USAA discount. He even had USAA's website bookmarked on his computer. professional in every respect. I am retired military and he suggested to me the USAA discount. He even had USAA's website bookmarked on his computer. He was very patient as we considered the car and options we wanted and even made a few suggestions of his own to lower the price somewhat. When calculating the final cost he knocked off another $50 plus without us even asking. Before delivery he, himself, totally cleaned the car and delivered it to us in spotless condition. I have never had a sales person treat me so professionally! More

I purchased this vehicle over the phone via the internet. David went out of his way to explain the vehicle in detail to both my wife and I. I was impressed with the amount of time he spent with us. I live David went out of his way to explain the vehicle in detail to both my wife and I. I was impressed with the amount of time he spent with us. I live in TN and the dealership is in Alabama and my concern was getting the time to get to the dealership to do the paperwork and get delivery of the vehicle. Well, to my surprise, David said he would deliver the car to my home and do the paperwork and take my trade-in back with him. It doesn't end there... David went over the car with me and explained this function and that function answered all our questions and made sure we took a test ride with him to make sure we understood the driving aspects of the car. Anything less than Great would be a huge injustice to both David and the Dealership. More

I am still waiting on paperwork on the "certification" of my car. Also, the key battery warning came on while I was driving home from dealer with the car. I feel those batteries should hav "certification" of my car. Also, the key battery warning came on while I was driving home from dealer with the car. I feel those batteries should have been checked during the certification process,as there was plenty of time since the car was there about 5 days after purchasing due to the certification process. I do feel the gentleman in the financial office did a very good job, and also Dan Dailey has been great to work with. More
