Incorrect Diagnosis of Service Required on 2011 E550 Don advised me when I left my 2011 E550 4Matic (25,000+ miles on the odometer) for service on 4/14/15 that B Service was required at a cost of $339.95 Don advised me when I left my 2011 E550 4Matic (25,000+ miles on the odometer) for service on 4/14/15 that B Service was required at a cost of $339.95 plus tax. He later called and said that because of the age of the car ("time") that it needed a brake and transmission service at an additional $1000+. This is not true based on my maintenance manual. Trust is lost. More

I was greeted nicely upon arrival and sent in with George to take care of my service. George was nice prompt and had me on my way back to work with Derrick. I received an advertisement from Mercedes Benz of Huntsville for "Pre-owned Prepaid Maintenance". I called the number given - the operator stated Josh Pollard handled this, he was in a meeting and s Huntsville for "Pre-owned Prepaid Maintenance". Four hours later, since he had not returned my call a called again. I was connected to "Maintenance Service". I was told someone would call me "right away". No one called. I call once again. After nine hours I do believe your dealership is NOT interested in my business. I never had a problem getting return calls when buying a car from you. In 1988 I bought my first Mercedes form the Huntsville dealership. Over the years I purchased 4 more Mercedes. I have a 2007 S550. I do not think I can trade with a dealership who will not return phone calls and Franklin, Tn. is a long way to go for service. At least they will return calls. James Sanford More

I was told by Mercedes Benz of Huntsville that my 1999 SLK 230 w/70,000 miles on it (that has always been garaged, btw) needed $4000 worth of work. Before I took it to get that much work done, I decided that I needed a second opinion. David Ashley Garage provided it and told me that he had just inspected my car and it was basically BRAND NEW. I will never go to the Huntsville Mercedez Benz dealer (or NIssan, they are the same people) again. I also CERTAINLY won't buy any vehicles from them EVER because they are NOT HONEST. More
