Very Happy! I'd rather go to the dentist than shop for a new car! However, while getting the final service for my 2016 lease I had the pleasure of dealing with C I'd rather go to the dentist than shop for a new car! However, while getting the final service for my 2016 lease I had the pleasure of dealing with Cindy in service, who introduced me to Genna in sales. I actually have a new car with none of the pressure and anxiety I've dealt with in the past. Very happy! More
WORST DEALER EVER - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Expected a lot more from am MB dealer. my only interface has been service and they have always been rather arrogant and act like they are doing me a f Expected a lot more from am MB dealer. my only interface has been service and they have always been rather arrogant and act like they are doing me a favor. they also try to sell you expensive services you do not, at all, need. Impossible to get ahold of, especially by the text or emails they provide. That was bad enough but I've had to take the car back several times for routine things over the years. But it has come-to-a-head now as they apparently are not capable of fixing my car after trying for 7 months and every time I bring it in they do exactly nothing and say its fixed. Now it has broken down completely. will not buy a Mercedes-Benz again as long as we are in Huntsville because of this dealer. AVOID. Even Lampi, last time, said that he doubted the problem was solved despite assurances it was by Service Mgr. Now even Lampi's emails are getting kicked back. More

Customer service in the service department-ML350 I'm not one to usually take the time to write a review but I have had such an awful experience 3 different times that I felt other potential buyers sh I'm not one to usually take the time to write a review but I have had such an awful experience 3 different times that I felt other potential buyers should know about it. I LOVE my Mercedes ML350-would probably buy another one if the customer service in the "Service" department was better. I will not buy another Mercedes simply because I don't want to deal with the service department again. My biggest complaint with the dealer is that they can never seem to put ANYONE on the phone, all the receptionist does is send me to someone's voicemail. I have NEVER received a call back from someone at the dealer regarding any questions I have had. To make an appointment, I basically had to call several times to get one and then I got there and they didn't have me on the schedule. Once they did get me back, it took most of the day for them to do a "routine service" check. (Note: I have a 2 year old.) Of course once I got face to face with someone at the dealer, they magically become very accommodating but trying to do anything over the phone with them is impossible. No one answers the phone and no one calls you back. When on a trip without my husband and with my daughter and my husband wanted to get the car checked before I left--he called three different times and no one ever called him back. I then called on my way out of town to find out what the problem was and asked on someone's voicemail if they would call me back to try and make it right. No one has ever called. More

I have to drive greater than an hour to get there so when I arrive for my sc On multiple scheduled service visits I have been extremely disappointed. I have to drive greater than an hour to get there so when I arrive for my scheduled appointment I expect the service rep that I'm scheduled with to be there and be ready for me. The past two times the rep I was scheduled with was still at lunch and I had to wait in the lounge area for more than 30. On the last visit for a limited routine maintenance I was there for four hours! I expect more from a luxury car dealership. My time is valuable and should be respected. More
