I have been having my 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA serviced at Fields Mercedes on Atlantic Boulevard for 6 years, previously with Behar. During my service on April 10, 2026, I worked with Steve, who is new staff. Here is my experience: He has a professional demeanor and is top-notch at answering text messages while awaiting the completion of the service. However, I noticed he was not efficient in providing actual answers by not relying on the system. When the car was ready for pickup, there was confusion at the cashier where the completed paperwork was left. The keys were not available and I was told the car was still in the wash. Fifteen minutes passed, and if I had not texted Steve about the issue, I might have waited longer. Overall, the service on my vehicle was completed. While eating breakfast in the cafe, I bit down on a hard steel-like twist tie. I pulled it out and showed it to the cafe server, who apologized. I’m glad I did not swallow it. Advice for the cafe: Please have staff double-check all food items and remove any packaging materials (like twist ties) before serving to customers. This small step would prevent potential safety hazards. On the positive side, the cafe waiting room has a great ambience — it’s spacious and very clean. Steve clearly wants to provide good service, and with more time and experience I’m sure he’ll become even stronger. Hoping this feedback helps the team improve the overall process. More
