There was no communication from M. B. when car went in for checkup. No information on how long it would take, when the car would be returned, and after calling their 4 different numbers B. when car went in for checkup. No information on how long it would take, when the car would be returned, and after calling their 4 different numbers no response. Even online doesn't answer. I am over 90 years old and they put my safety at risk. The fee charged is outrageous as compared with any other car repair companies. There was no explanation of any delay, return of car, issues on repair. The only positive was the mechanics video. For over 50 years with M.B. we had no complaints, this was a disaster in lack of communication on all fronts. More
