Our Service Advisor, Micah truly went the extra mile considering our circumstance of needing a front flat tire replaced. He coordinated everything with me in Pittsburgh when our daughter just barely mad considering our circumstance of needing a front flat tire replaced. He coordinated everything with me in Pittsburgh when our daughter just barely made it to Jacksonville International Airport to catch her flight in time having the last mile or so running on the run flat front tire. Micah truly turned a tough ordeal into a very positive outcome for both me and our daughter. He even arranged for an Uber to pick her up from her return trip to be taken to the Mercedes dealership.
