Both Gene Russell (2nd car) and Ray Hashemi (1st car) were patient, friendly, and professional. No high-pressure sales nonsense or other BS. Gene stayed more than an hour after closing to finalize my most recent purchase without complaint or rushing. This dealership is just solid all around, consistently offering high-quality customer service. The service department is also solid, offering loaner cars and prompt service. They respect your time and treat your vehicle well. I have not needed any major repairs, only scheduled maintenance, so I cannot speak to that aspect. The line for free car washes can be insane, so it not something I have used much unless I have a random weekday off. But hey, free car washes! Every person I have worked with at MB Laguna Niguel has bent over backward to provide great service. It was an easy decision to be a return customer, and I look forward to continued relationship in the years ahead. Thanks! More
