He was easy to work with and really went the extra mile to give me great service. I'm sure that the level of service I received would be the same if I was purchasing a "real" Mercedes for many for time the price of the Smart car. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Spektor to anyone who's interested in doing business at M-B of Laguna Niguel. As far as the car itself is concerned, it received a fresh clean-up/detail while I was going through the purchasing process, so it looked really sharp. One minor glitch with dealer prep: Tire pressures ranged from 4-8 psi low when I checked them the next morning at home. All in all, an excellent experience and a fun car. More

Pleasant experience. As I see with another review, this is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. Kevin, our sales person, was very nice and professional. As I see with another review, this is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. Kevin, our sales person, was very nice and professional. He was not pushy, but he was determined to sell us a car that very day, which he did....and we are happy that he did. After the purchase he followed us home to pick up the pink slip on our trade-in, the extra key, etc. I would buy my next car from this dealership (and Kevin). Five stars to the dealership and Kevin. Although it is ;probably the same at most other dealerships, I was uncomfortable with the extraordinary pressure to purchase an "expended coverage" policy. This is conducted in another office by the gentleman who prepares the financing and paperwork for the sale. Although he was very nice, as I recall, he was the same person who I interfaced with the first time I purchased from this dealership. I was also uncomfortable at that time. However, that would not preclude me from buying here, as all of the other experiences were great.All you need to do is say no. . More

Not a Happy Camper Do you think it's right to by certified pre-owned car and 9 months later you have to replace two rear tires? The checklist shows the dealer replaced t Do you think it's right to by certified pre-owned car and 9 months later you have to replace two rear tires? The checklist shows the dealer replaced them at time of purchase. However, I just found out they replaced only the front. The rear were beyond worn. They have metal showing on the inside side tread. The car has a rear alignment issue.. The dealer ignored my request to replace them or to look into the alignment issue. I called Mercedes Benz corporate office and they said they would look into this and call me back within 24/48 hours. It's been 72 hours with no response. You call this 5 star service???? More

Excellent car-buying experience I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! Although I bought a Ford Transit at a dealership that sells luxury Mercedes, Carson Helton g I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! Although I bought a Ford Transit at a dealership that sells luxury Mercedes, Carson Helton gave me the same treatment as someone buying a luxury car would receive. He walked me through every step and made sure to answer any questions I had. After Carson showed me the car and got me through all the initial paperwork for buying the car, I was introduced to Stephen Lim. Stephen Lim helped me get all of the financing paperwork done. Even with a hiccup on my side of things, he made sure everything was worked out and walked me through everything that was going on. He explained everything I was signing for and made the process so effortless. I am very confident I made the right decision on my purchase. When I do work my way up to a luxury car, I will be going directly to Mercedes of Laguna Niguel for my purchase. Thank you Carson, Stephen, and Mercedes of Laguna Niguel for your help! More
