We have visited other MBZ dealerships in the area and they do not provide the courtesy, friendliness, honesty and energy that the staff at MBLN demonstrated during our recent vehicle purchase. More

What an amazing experience!! So after going to Mercedes of San Diego to lease a CLA for my mother as a gift I fully disappointed with their horrible customer service and crazy hig So after going to Mercedes of San Diego to lease a CLA for my mother as a gift I fully disappointed with their horrible customer service and crazy high numbers and being insulted by being told "With the budget that you you're better of going to Toyota" I simply walked out and was ready to never walk into another Mercedes dealership. As I was sharing my experience with a friend of mine, he mentioned there is a guy name Ray Hashemi at Laguna Nigel and he has always hooked him up with great deals so I said you know what, you talk to them for me and see what you can come up. Sure enough he calls me and says here I got few different deals for you. Ray quickly sent over the specs of the options and prices were perfect!! I wanted a white CLA with no crazy options (San Diego dude told me you won't find one anywhere in the westcoast even down to Texas less than $36k therefor your lease will be $420+ with bunch of money down which was complete bull) well, Ray not only found one but he found 3 cars that were priced perfectly where I wanted them to be. Long story short, within 24 hours I sent all the info over to Ray got us approved with no headache and called and said your car has arrived to our dealership and is being washed and ready to pick up!!! He even offered to drive the car down with the rest of the paper work but due to my busy schedule I wasn't able to get back to him to later that afternoon and all the drivers had left for the day and I really wanted the car for my mom that night and I didn't want her driving back to SD alone in a separate car. Ray offered to cover my uber cost and we got in an uber and got to the dealership at 8:30PM and by 9PM we were on our way back to San Diego in our perfect new CLA. I've had 4 BMW's in the past 8 years including my current car and I must admit the service at Mercedes of Laguna was very on point. I highly recommend anyone that wants a Mercedes to give Ray a chance and you won't be disappointed for sure!! such a great experience. not to mention, Ramsay in finance was beyond polite, knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you Ray and Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel you have got yourself a life long customer!!!!! More
