My boyfriend and I came in on a Saturday afternoon with the What an amazing buying and overall customer experience at Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel! My boyfriend and I came in on a Saturday afternoon with the intentions of test driving the GLK, and no intentions to purchase that day. Upon walking inside, we were promptly and warmly greeted by Mark Hansen, who, as it turns out, could not be more a pleasure to do business with. Mark completely aligned with our agenda and swiftly carted us to the GLKs and GLCs (the new GLK replacement). We test drove both, Mark answered all of our questions and happily sent us off with the information we requested. After running numbers that night and determining our bottom line, we returned the following day, again pleasantly greeted by Mark and feeling that MBLN welcoming experience. (I should note here that we were not “bothered” by MBLN from the time we left to the time we returned; something I really appreciated since we were upfront about our plans to return.) Mark, of course happy to see us again, understood our bottom line (and the time crunch we were working under with plans that evening) and worked extremely hard to get us there – and, after some option adjustments and a couple rounds of negotiations, he got us there! The car we settled on was not on their lot, but at a nearby dealership, so they sent someone to pick it up while we met with Jane Choi in Finance. Working with Jane was another great experience. We were upfront about our interests (or lack thereof) and she had us in and out of Finance in record time – such good timing that the car was still an hour away, so we decided to come back the following day. When we came to pick up the car (detailed and badges removed per our request), Mark showed us every bell and whistle and graciously customized every setting to my liking (for example, adjusting the height of the liftgate for my shorter reach). Every interaction with this dealership was first class and I would highly recommend doing business with MBLN to anyone! Of course, I haven’t needed service yet, but I get the feeling that all dealer relations here are held to the same high standards ;) More

We then met Tim in early 2015 and he EARNED our business by being knowledgable and friendly and was able to work with management to provide us pricing and customer service that we were very happy with. We returned in December of 2015 to lease another car and the experience was just as good, if not better!
