I have a very low opinion of Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel--the service department in particular. I bought a 2012 E350 convertible from this dealership Feb. 2012. The car developed a rumble. I took it Niguel--the service department in particular. I bought a 2012 E350 convertible from this dealership Feb. 2012. The car developed a rumble. I took it in for service. They balanced the front wheels. I took the car back for the same problem. They kept the car for about a week. This time they replaced the front right tire. Again, I had to take the car back for the same problem. This time, the kept it for 4 weeks. The solution, they balanced the front wheels. However, the rumble was gone. In total, the had the car for 6 weeks and the service was balancing the front wheels. I decided to drive the car to work for a while. I drove it 4 days, about 150 miles total. On the fourth day, as I was driving north on Pacific Coast highway, the car began to rumble. I thought the rumble was back. But it got increasingly worse so I slowed the car and stopped along the curb. As it turned out, all five lug nuts were missing from the left rear wheel and the car was resting directly on that wheel. There was minimal physical damage to the vehicle. With the exception of cosmetic wheel repair in 2012, all other service to this car was done exclusively through Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel. I'll let you draw your own conclusion. I discussing the matter with the dealership's general manager, he stated that the damage was not consistent with my scenario and that he did not believe that the wheel came off the car. I've had a number of other issues with this dealership, but none so serious. I will not say that they forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Like I said before, I'll let you draw your own conclusion. More
I bought 5 cars from this dealership, then went back to trade down and they treated me like I was an imposition. Then proceeded to jerk me around by calling me and promising to work out a deal, only to was trade down and they treated me like I was an imposition. As far as this dealership is concerned it counts for nothing! Very disappointed and I'm going somewhere (anywhere) else from now on. Rude, obnoxious and a complete waste of time. More
While our car was in for service there was some damage done to our car. The service manager refused to fix it. He wants us to go through our insurance. He was rude. I have never meet anyone like him. Because we didn't notice the damage until Sunday he said we must have done it. They not only refused to fix it they tried to cover it up by trying to touch it up with paint. If we had done it we would never put a claim in with them. The damage is so little. Not worth the time to claim it against them. We need to buy an extended warranty. We will go Flexture jones. I will never take my car there again. I wonder how Mr Perry would feel if his wife was treated like I was. More

I ordered a 2013 G63 to my specifications in April, 2012. They took my deposit, and gave me a receipt of my deposit. I continued to follow-up to "Duke" through text message, on the availability of my ordered They took my deposit, and gave me a receipt of my deposit. He initially estimated that I would have it in September, as I was the first customer who put a deposit on this vehicle. After numerous text messages giving me a run-around, finally he said "Hey your vehicle is in". It came in, and was NOTHING like I had ordered or specified. Only similar aspect was the exterior color. To this date, I have not received my vehicle that was ordered, NOR have they refunded my deposit. I have asked NUMEROUS times to get my deposit refunded, but to no available. That is why I am reaching out to you, to help me resolve this nightmare of a situation. I have bought through family and friends, about 8 Mercedes Benz vehicles through the dealership and "Duke", and they have treated me like garbage. Other customers that have placed their orders in June/July which is 2-3 months AFTER I did are already enjoying their G63. Avoid this dealership like the plague! More

From Mr. Pat Bolter and Eddie Hwang to everyone I came in contact with, I was treated like I was the very most important customer ever to walk through the door, especially my sales rep Tim Rhine. Tim exemplified the best qualities and demeanor of any sales person I have known and is a very valuable asset to the MBLN sales team. Not only did he bend over backwards to answer all questions and accommodate my every request, by the end of the day he became our friend. Thanks again to the entire MBLN team for making what is usually a dreadful event - the best ever. I could not recommend Pat and his team more highly and will be hard pressed not to buy my next MB from them in the future. More
