Yesterday, I dropped off my car at the dealership coz I had a problem with the my left light break. I was just about to park and Cesar Romo was there walking towards my car. I dropped off my car, got a loan car, I was there not more than 10mins, I remember from my past experience with a different dealer, I have to wait like at least 30mins to talked to a Service Advisor, it was a quick car service I’ve ever been to. You have to go see Tomas at Mercedes-Benz LN. He knew which car I wanted and called me the minute they got it on the lot. He sent me pictures and answered any and every question in great detail.
