Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel - Service Center

This is my 1st time at this dealership, I took in my GLE for a coolant problem. They replaced the coolant but I was surprised that they did a full inspection of my car and found what could’ve been a catastr for a coolant problem. They replaced the coolant but I was surprised that they did a full inspection of my car and found what could’ve been a catastrophic issue with my brakes (missing caliper bolt). I don’t want to think of the “what if’s and what could’ve beens”, I’m just very glad and grateful that they actually stand by their motto of 5 star service even when I wasn’t expecting it. The staff treated me like I’m their #1 client and explained in detail what was going on with my car. Devin was very accommodating and helpful. I truly appreciate what they’ve done for me and my car.
