Checked in yesterday and when I went to pick up loaner they did not let me have as we usually do. They said since my insurance company was through Progressive they couldn't release the car. They just star they did not let me have as we usually do. They said since my insurance company was through Progressive they couldn't release the car. They just started this policy but he said whoever booked my appointment should have told me which they didn't and I left message and sent email to Service manager Tim xxxx with no response as of yet. I have had issues with this service department in the past with our other mercedes and the delivery of our new car that we decided to purchase and trade in our 2021 C300 for a brand new 2026 GLE 350 and it had a leak and just wanted it repaired. That was a total of 3 hours of my time wasted. I called my insurance company and they said I had coverage and should not have been a problem..I spoke again with Hayden the loaner car specialist who was actually very helpful and tried but he said he would call me back after he spoke with manager Tim xxxx but nothing so far. I will not be back nor will I ever buy another car at this dealership. I just made another appointment at the Cherry Creek Mercedes dealership and they have no issues with Progressive Insurance Company. They actually check your insurance and coverages prior to dropping off your car to assure you that its all good. More
